Hello, I’m Joanna, an interdisciplinary designer passionate about creating meaningful experiences through visual storytelling and design research.
For as long as I’ve been deaf — and with a bionic ear now, thanks to my cochlear implant — I’ve been listening with my eyes. Curious by nature, I enjoy experimenting with different techniques to create work that evokes a sense of comfort, compassion, and joy.
I have experience in branding, illustration, print, and digital across a diverse range of clients. I graduated from the University of North Texas Visual Arts & Design with a BFA in Communication Design and the University of Texas at Dallas with a BS in Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology.
